ROUND THE ROCK ALCATRAZ OUTRIGGER RACES - SAN FRANCISCO

August 10, 2019  -- SR Master Co-ed - (5 women/ 1 man) --- 1:33:40   5/6

At the last minute, our Senior Master Women's team became a Senior Master Co-ed, with the addition of Dean, our one man in the boat.  The conditions were calm, but the fog was dense...  cloaking the South Tower of the bridge and Alcatraz.. by the time we turned on the second buoy beyond Alcatraz, we could see the shore.  Each landmark passed as we made our way to the finish line.  The Jeremiah O'brien, Aquatic Park, St Francis Yacht Club.. then Crissy Field.

The race felt good, the boat felt great!  Nutrition:
